A&W – Sign up for A&W’s Mug Club, and celebrate your birthday with a free root beer float.
Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza – Sign up for Anthony’s Coal Fired Club, and get a complimentary dessert. Torta al Cioccolato has now been added as an option for the dessert.
Applebee’s – Sign up for Applebee’s E-Club, and get a free dessert. However, instead of the dessert, you could get a free app or entree depending on the franchise location you visit.
Arby’s – Sign up for Arby’s email list, and receive a coupon emailed to you a week before your birthday for a free birthday milkshake. This coupon is valid for 7 days. It is also required that you make any purchase in order to get the shake.
Auntie Anne’s – Sign up for Auntie Anne’s Pretzel Perks, and get a free classic pretzel. This birthday perk expires after 14 days. You must show the birthday coupon in the Rewards section of your My Pretzel Perks app to the crew member at a participating Auntie Anne’s location to redeem your birthday perk and receive your free classic pretzel.

Baja Fresh – Sign up to be a member of Baja Fresh Rewards, and they will send you a coupon for a free burrito with the purchase of a large drink for your birthday. In order to be eligible for this coupon, you must sign up for the rewards program at least four days prior to your birthday.
Baskin Robbins – Sign up to be a part of the Baskin Robbins Birthday Club, and get a free scoop of ice cream on your birthday. The coupon for the free 2.5-ounce scoop will be sent via email. Excludes all Waffle Cone varieties and toppings. Add your family members’ birthdays to your account and Baskin Robbins will also send you a coupon for a free birthday scoop to share.
Benihana – Sign up to for Benihana’s “the Chef’s Table”, and get a a complimentary $30 Benihana Birthday Certificate. The certificate is valid to use at any point during the month of your birthday. It can be redeemed during dinner hours only, Monday through Thursday after the initial purchase of any adult teppanyaki entrée.
While you’re at it, sign up for the Kabuki Kids Program. This program is just for children ages 12 and younger. Members receive a special email certificate for their birthday that entitles them to the free souvenir mug of their choice with the purchase of any Kabuki Kids meal. The child’s parent/legal guardian must register for him/her.
Bertucci’s Brick Oven Pizza – Sign up for Bertucci’s Dough Nation E-Club, and get a special birthday gift. It might be a dessert of some kind.
Bojangles – Sign up to become a member of Bojangles’ E-Club, and get a Free Bo-Berry Biscuit® with purchase every year on your birthday. A Bo-Berry Biscuit is a biscuit with blueberries mixed in and topped with sweet icing.

Buca Di Beppo – Sign up for Buca Di Beppo’s E-Club, and get a free $20 birthday gift emailed to you. In order to get the $20 off, there is a minimum purchase of $40. In addition, you will get one of their famous sundae’s on your birthday. The sundae is valid for dine-in only.
Buffalo Wild Wings – Sign up for Buffalo Wild Wings Blazin’ Rewards, and you will get a free snack size portion of wings. No purchase is required, and you can enjoy the wings at any time during your birthday month.
BurgerFi – Sign up for BurgerFi Rewards, and you will receive a free birthday shake. This reward will be valid for 30 days.

Donato’s Pizza – Sign for Donato’s Pizza Love Rewards, and get a coupon for some free pizza for your birthday. In order to get your birthday reward, read this excerpt from their website which explains:
A minimum of one purchase as a member must be made since your last birthday and the purchase must be at least one week prior to your birthday to qualify for a birthday reward. Birthday rewards vary depending on the number of purchases you have made since your last birthday. After four purchases, you will qualify for an upgraded birthday reward.
Dunkin’ Donuts – Sign up for DD Perks (Dunkin Donuts Rewards) and you will get a free birthday beverage. On the DD Perks sign up page, scroll all the way down to the bottom because there are some exceptions. You should also know that this free birthday beverage expires within seven days of your birth date.
