Chick-Fil-A One is an app and web-based loyalty program that rewards members with points for every dollar they spend, those points can be saved up and exchanged for free food and drinks. Your membership status will be determined by your annual spend and will reset at the start of every calendar year. Each member will enter the program at Chick-Fil-A One member status, and this is the level all members will return to at the start of each year. Earning 1000 points within a year will elevate you to the next membership tier, Chick-Fil-A One Silver, and earning 5000 points will give you the elite status of Chick-Fil-A One Red Membership.

How do Chick-fil-A One points work?

Every dollar you spend through your Chick-Fil-A One account will earn you points, the amount will vary based on the membership tier you belong to. Regular members of the program will earn 10 points per dollar spent, Members of the upgraded Silver tier will earn 11 points on every dollar, and top tier Red level members will earn 12 points. These points can be exchanged for food and beverage items, with the lowest cost reward starting at 150 points for a free cookie, and the highest priced reward being 1500 points for a Spicy Southwest Salad.
