Pei Wei has collaborated with celebrity chef Jet Tila to bring new items to their menu, including the House Special Chicken and Mongolian Green Beans.
Fan favorites entrees like the Thai Basil Cashew Chicken, the Thai Coconut Curry Chicken, and the Spicy Korean BBQ Steak were also created by Chef Tila, so the new additions promise to be delicious.
The House Special Chicken is made with pieces of lightly battered chicken, ginger, garlic, mint, and pineapple, tossed in a tangy caramel sauce and served over a bed of rice sticks. The dish is finished off with an Asian-style slaw made from carrots, cilantro, cucumbers, onions, and red bell peppers in a Vietnamese Vinaigrette.
The Mongolian Greenbeans will be available as a shareable appetizer and side dish, made with wok-seared green beans tossed with chili paste, garlic, and Pei Wei’s signature sweet and savory Mongolian sauce.
